We love their cranberry wild rice bread! It is becoming a staple in our home. Their new location is huge and has great atmosphere. There is plenty of room for any size group. They have a few comfy sofas in addition to several tables for small groups and at least one for a large group. They have a really cute area for kids to play "bakery." We recently ordered a pan of brownies from them for our kid's bday treat at school (since nothing shared at school can be homemade.) The brownies were delicious and everything went smoothly with the order.

The ladies at Black Cat Bakery have been amazing to work with. We have requested several items with very specific allergy needs and they have exceeded our expectations every time! The team is welcoming and personable to each customer. Their selection is large at their new location and each time I find something new and fun to try. Their gluten free items are just as delicious as the regular ones so I recommend grabbing a gf version of your favorite treat if the non-gf is sold out.

The exquisite details that define the Black Cat Bakery's mission, were effortlessly told like an old tale. As if it were a tale that you're fond of and value the moment when you could share it. With the elevated excitement and the ding of the door, the service was beautifully shared with each patron as if they were the first customer of the day. . This homegrown bakery is everything we've begged for and is 1000% worth the jaunt to North Moorhead. The cookies are thick, the pies are fat, and good god, the loaves of bread are plump. . I'm going to shout to the people in the back : 'BLACK CAT BAKERY DESERVES THE BEST CLIENTLE!' . 'chef's kiss'

We went to Bkack Cat Bakery for our wedding cake in May along with cupcakes and cookies. They did not disappoint! We had a lemon raspberry cake and it was tge most delicious cake, everyone commented on how beautiful and delicious it was! Can't wait for our 1 year anniversary to eat the top tier! We also used them for my son's bday cake. He is 7 and was very specific on what he wanted and we were so impressed. The cake was beyond what we expected and delicious to boot! We love grabbing their cookies randomly on outings and my mom loves grabbing goodies before heading back to Enderlin! We love you guys! (I have to upload wedding cake photos later!)

BEST BREAD I HAVE EVER HAD! First off, the customer service in this place is amazing! They were super polite and helpful. I asked for recommendations and the individual behind the counter did not disappoint! This bread y'all!! It is some of the best bread I have ever had! I bought the artisan Garlic rosemary and thyme bread, and it was amazing! It was soft, firm, chewy, flavorful, the rosemary and thyme were not overpowering, but complemented the garlic really well. We made open-face grilled cheese and ham sandwiches with it and they were to die for! I also bought some blueberry muffins that were moist and delicious! Run, do not walk (to burn off the calories 😉) to this place! Love supporting a small business! Side note: please do not leave two and one star reviews your first time trying a place. These small businesses can live and die by Google reviews. Y'all need to be nicer in the reviews! Give this new business a chance.

This bakery is amazing. The food is always the best. The hamburger buns make burgers taste so yummy. And any of their sweets are incredible. I highly recommend this place!!!

My travels took me into Moorhead, MN, this morning, and I came across this cute little bakery! I’m sure that people across the Red River already know about this place, but seeing as I rarely find myself over there these days… I chatted with the head baker/owner, and she was very friendly and helpful! I sat down, and had a Latte with my Blackberry Lime Scone. Sucker was so good, I forgot to take a picture of it! 😋 I walked out of there with some of their Herbs & Cheese Hoagies, and a Raspberry Almond Scone for my wife. If you’re a resident of Moorhead, I’m sure you already know about this place, and if you live on the North Dakota side of the Red, make your way over there to check it out!

I'm beyond grateful to have stumbled upon this amazing bakery! The employee working was such a sweetheart and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. They offer so many delicious breads, bagels, baked goods, and more. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Black Cat Bakery is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with genuinely wonderful service and an adorable, cozy ambiance that feels both welcoming and magical. Their selection of gluten-free treats is impressive and thoughtfully done—clearly made with care and flavor in mind, not as an afterthought. And the chai lattes? Smooth, perfectly spiced, and downright delicious. A perfect spot to slow down, treat yourself, and feel right at home. Highly recommend.
